-For the 5 weeks during The Open the class schedule will change slightly. The intention in these changes is not to limit your opportunities to workout but to increase the chances of you having a good experience with The Open workout itself. I’ve said all along The Open is not about competition, it’s all about community. Fridays during The Open there will be no 7:30 a.m. & 5:15 p.m. class.

-In place of the 5:15 p.m. we’ll be doing our Friday Night Lights events with a start time of 5:30 p.m. We will post heat sign up sheets on each Wednesday day for the event on Friday evening. Exact times will be unknown until the workout is released but we will warm up Heat 1 at 5:30 and start their workout at 5:45 p.m.

On the weekly level workouts during The Open will be very structured and more predictable than ever. Below is the breakdown of the overall intent of each day:

Monday: Regular training day with a time domain similar to the previous week's Open workout

Tuesday: Regular training day no limitations to the workout style or movement selection

Wednesday: Light training day you’ll leave with a good sweat but it will be less taxing and damaging than a normal workout

Thursday: Active Recovery Day, the whole workout will feel like a long warm up. The goal is just to break a sweat, move around, and not do any damage to our bodies or muscles.

Friday: GAME DAY. Open workout, whatever comes out, whatever your personal strategy needs to be, we’re going to hit it as hard as we can.

Saturday: Light training + Open Gym. A good moderate difficulty workout at 9 a.m., Open Gym at 10 a.m. for skills practice a development.
