United Fitness Programming

Workouts are posted at 7pm the night before, because we want all athletes to trust the process and just show up. Let us do the thinking for you. We are together on a low trajectory toward a distant horizon, and if we tell you that tomorrow has running, we know many of your will plan your day to be too busy for a workout.

If you’d like to take a look at Today’s WOD or browse through previous programming, you can download our APP, create an account, and select United Fitness CrossFit as your affiliation.

Anyone can come into any of our classes, because we adapt the workout to their personal fitness level. In both our Tempo and CrossFit class, we utilize custom level programming to ensure every athlete can succeed and achieve that day’s stimulus.

For the foundation of our adapted programming for CrossFit classes, we utilize CompTrain by Ben Bergeron. The goal of this programming is to be fitter in 10 years from now than we are today, and at United, we fundamentally align with this goal.
