1-on-1 Private Health Coaching Sessions.

Work with Michele, our Wellness & Nutrition coach at United Fitness to see the results you have been looking for. At United, we believe in eating real food, not too much, mostly plants. You will meet 1-on-1 with a nutrition expert to gain a better understanding of health and nutrition, while having a custom plan designed for your specific needs. Whether your goal is weight loss, weight gain, muscle tone, or more energy is your goal, we will set you up for success. Available for 30 minute or 1 hour sessions.
