Foundations Program 

 Sustainable life-long health is our goal.  

Because your health is our commitment, we expect all new members to complete or test out of our Foundations program. If you are a brand new athlete or just getting back in the game, our Foundations Program is the best way to build a healthy foundation for the rest of your life. This program is a 12 class introduction to the movements and principles of Crossfit and who we are as United Fitness. Classes are held 3 times per week for 4 weeks, where our excellent coaching staff will teach you a few movements and their modifications each day.

Once you’ve mastered the movements and modifications, we will put them into action in a short and intense workout to test your fitness.  You will be amazed to see the gains you have in just 4 weeks. From nutrition to Olympic lifting, our staff will walk you through how to achieve your best fitness today. Grab a friend, and come join us!
