About Coach

Growing up I was always playing a sport; whether it was football, baseball, soccer, or wrestling, I always enjoyed being active and learning the value of being on a team. Over the years, the importance of being on a team or a part of a group of people with a common vision has increased to me tremendously. This is what drew me to CrossFit. Working daily alongside an amazing community to live a healthy lifestyle and we get to have fun while we do it. Our community is our team. It’s not always easy, but it’s worth it.
